2. Purposes, Scope and Legal Bases
- Handling inquiries and forms — we process the data you provide: name or company name, email, message content, optionally phone number, company and selected services. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest: responding to inquiries and correspondence), and where the conversation aims to enter into a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Analytics (Google Analytics 4) — visit and website performance statistics. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
- Marketing and remarketing (Google Ads) — ad measurement, audiences and remarketing. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
- Server logs — IP address, date, time, requested URL, browser and error information. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (security, diagnostics and proper website operation).
3. Recipients and Transfers Outside the EEA
Data may be entrusted to our hosting, email and technical service providers and to Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager). Data may be transferred to the USA. In such cases we use GDPR transfer mechanisms, in particular the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (where the recipient participates in it) or Standard Contractual Clauses. You may ask us for information about the safeguards used for such transfers.
4. Retention
- Form and correspondence data — for the time needed to handle the matter and then for the limitation period of any potential claims.
- Analytics and marketing data — until consent is withdrawn, the data is deleted in the tool, or the relevant cookies expire.
- Server logs — for the time needed for security and diagnostics, usually no longer than 12 months, unless longer retention is needed to investigate an incident or pursue claims.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, port data, object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You can change cookie consent via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO). Current contact details are available at uodo.gov.pl.
Providing data is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot respond to your inquiry. We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects concerning you. Google advertising tools may support marketing profiling only after your marketing consent.

We activate analytics and marketing cookies only after consent. Until then, we do not load the Google Tag Manager container. We use Google Consent Mode v2 to pass the proper consent status to Google tools after consent is given.
